What if I find my own tenant or want to use my own realtor while you manage my property?

We are the most active leasing brokerage in the city and our extensive experience lends value to the guidance we provide. However, you are more than welcome to use your own Realtor. If you would like us to draft the RTA lease, the associated fee is $150+ HST. We can also do the tenant screening for you at an additional $150 + HST.

I would like my real estate agent to list for rental/re-rental. Is this okay?

Of course! While we have our own experienced Leasing Department and full-service Real Estate Brokerage, we'll be happy to collaborate with your agent.

Will you help with leasing if I self-manage?

Absolutely! We can assist you with finding the best tenants for your property while you handle the management.

What are the advantages of listing my property with Landlord?

When you list with LandLord, you benefit from a tailored approach that prioritizes the long-term success of your investment.

Targeted Audience: Private ads help us reach a targeted audience, ensuring your property is seen by genuinely interested and qualified tenants. Unlike Realtors who may push for their clients regardless of qualifications, we focus on finding the right match for your property.

Increased Control: By bypassing MLS, we maintain greater control over the marketing and leasing process. This allows us to be selective in choosing tenants, ensuring that we find the best match for your property.

As your property management team, we are as committed as you are to securing a high-quality tenant because we understand that bad tenants can be costly, both financially and in terms of time.

Problematic tenants cause headaches not only for you but also for our team, which is why we work diligently to prevent these issues from arising.

Beyond just the immediate expenses of potential property damage or missed rent payments, difficult tenants can lead to prolonged vacancies, legal complications, and a significant drain on your peace of mind.

We take this responsibility seriously, striving to protect your investment by ensuring that we place only the most reliable and responsible tenants on your property.

Quality of Tenant: As your property management team, we share your goal of finding a high-quality tenant.

To help achieve this, our Leasing Coordinator conducts in-person screenings before any application is submitted. Meeting tenants in person and pre-screening them is crucial because it allows us to assess their suitability beyond what’s on paper.

This face-to-face interaction gives us valuable insights into their character, reliability, and overall fit for your property.

By conducting in-person screenings, we add an extra layer of protection, ensuring that we select tenants who are not only qualified but also likely to be respectful and responsible occupants.

This proactive approach helps prevent potential issues down the line, safeguarding your investment.
